Clarity, structure, and meaningful momentum for leaders, teams, and community-centered organizations.
Whether you're planning a retreat, launching a community initiative, navigating a period of growth, or bringing a vision into reality, thoughtful design matters.
I help leaders and organizations create clarity, structure, and meaningful experiences when the work involves people, groups, communication, transition, or complexity.
How I work
My background includes more than a decade of experience across HR, organizational development, leadership support, facilitation, employee experience, and people operations in startup, nonprofit, healthcare, manufacturing, and founder-led environments. The thread running through all of it is simple: helping people move from vision to experience.
I bring both creative thinking and practical execution to the table, helping teams clarify what matters, design meaningful experiences, and translate ideas into action.
Facilitation
Thoughtful conversations, retreats, and working sessions that help groups think together, name what matters, and move through complexity with more clarity.
Program Design
Support designing gatherings, workshops, programs, and community experiences with clear structure, flow, purpose, and participant care.
Special Projects
Support for initiatives that require both imagination and implementation, especially when the path forward feels exciting but unclear.
Common Engagements
Every collaboration is different, but my work often includes:
Leadership retreats
Strategic planning sessions
Team and community facilitation
Role clarity and team alignment
Culture and communication support
Workshop and program design
Community initiatives and special projects
Visioning and planning processes
People systems and practical structure

Who I Work With
I am particularly drawn to organizations, founders, nonprofits, community spaces, educational programs, and mission-driven teams working to create meaningful experiences for others.
Many of my clients come to me with a strong vision and a desire to make a real impact. They don't necessarily need more ideas—they need a trusted partner who can help shape, organize, and bring those ideas to life.
Let’s Build Something Meaningful
If you're planning a retreat, designing a program, leading a team, launching a new initiative, or simply trying to figure out what comes next, I'd love to hear what you're working on.
